Read the queue
A queue is more useful than a copied tier label because it reflects your current stations and update. Food waiting before one cooker identifies the immediate bottleneck.
Change one variable
Add or improve one capacity step, then measure again. Changing food volume, movement and cooking capacity together hides the reason a cycle improved.
